Souvenir Friday- Dumbo Advertising Bookmark From DC Heath
As long time readers may know, I have many different collections. One of them is a collection of story books published in the 1940s by D.C. Heath featuring the Disney characters. I remember looking at and reading these books as a kid as my dad had a small collection. My favorite is Bambi. I recently purchased a nice collection of promotional material for these storybooks. For the first post of this collection, a nice promotional bookmark for the Dumbo storybook.

I love those old Heath books - used to find them all the time, now I never see them. And I've never seen anything like this bookmark! Whoever did the artwork really captured the "baby" quality of Dumbo.
