Two views of the exhibit buildings at the 1939 New York World's Fair. First up is the Westinghouse exhibit. This exhibit was home to two modern marvels, the Robot and Television. The building has a great streamline industrial modern look and I really like the lighting tower, it must have looked spectacular at night.

The second image is the Kodak pavilion. The tower used to draw visitors in was composed of giant photographs. The building continues the streamline industrial modern look. I am strangely attracted to the font used for Kodak on the building.

The first image sort of reminds me of Fritz Lang's "Metropolis" or the old laboratories seen in the old Universal Monster movies. And yes, the KODAK font is pretty cool. Thanks!
