Trip Report Great Escape New York Part 5

Part of the amusement park was a small ghost town attraction. The ghost town is made in the same scale as the storybook houses. The ghost town and humor was influenced by Knott's Berry Farm. Here is a view of the ghost town. The park is a very pretty park with lots of trees and shade, unlike many of the Six Flags amusement parks found in other areas.

A nice little painting inside one of the buildings.

What ghost town is not complete without a blacksmith shop.

The signs inside the various buildings are filled with humor.

A view of the town with the school house.

Dancers in the saloon.

Check out the hands at the poker table.

This park has a very fun, personal touch, like it was built by *people* and not a giant corporation. Are the cards painted on that poker table??
