Chicago Museum of Science and Industry

One of my favorite type of photgraphs are cut out photographs or those with backdrops. These two fun photographs are from the Chicago Museum of Science and Industry. The images feature an antique automobile with a painted backdrop. Parents could reminisce about their past and kids marveled at the archaic vehicle.

Wow! These are really cool. Do you know about when these were taken?

I love that museum, my aunt and uncle used to live just a few blocks from it. What a place! My sister especially loved Colleen Moore's dollhouse.

I believe these are 1950s time period based upon the hair styles and clothing.
