It looks like Ross Martin is reading a death sentence rather than a Christmas story.
According to a rather thorough list posted on another site, Ross Martin only narrated the WDW-MK 1978 ceremony.
(Not a definative answer, but might be helpful info)
The parade debuted in 1977 and by 1980 they were already switching back to "Fantasy On Parade", so I'd say these have to be from '77, '78 or '79.

I remember seeing Ross Martin at the Farmer's Market when I was a kid!
