More Views From the Skyway 1971

Three more views from the Skyway in 1971. First up is a nice view of Sleeping Beauty Castle and the Fantasyland walkway. Off in the distance is one of the Disneyland Hotel towers.

Next up is a view of the Storybook Land entrance with a nice shot of Monstro and the Lighthouse ticket booth.

As the Skyway car starts its descent to the station, you see a nice view of the Tuna Boat. It appears a little rehab is taking place.

Oh, the views you can get from the Skyway! I usually don’t dwell on things of the past, but the removal of the Skyway still bothers me when I go to Disneyland.

I believe that these photos were taken from the Submarines!

That top picture includes the ONLY Disney hotel tower at the time. Nics pics. Sad the Skyway is gone. You can't dupicate the perspective today.

I meant "duplicate". Texting more and my typing skills go down.
