Some More Coney Island Ohio Images

These images are not as interesting, but still show the park in the 1930s. First up are two snapshots (four images on these double photographs) of the pony ride. You can see a playground in the background. As most of these parks had large picnic areas, there were also playgrounds for the kids.

The last image shows the parking sign and another sign for parking featuring a car in the background on one image and what appears to be an amphitheater in the background on the other image.

To me, all images are interesting to someone. These photos illustrate how many of the older traditional amusement parks grew out of picnic groves, farms and trolley parks, then slowly added amusements and concessions along the way. These kinds of photos are right up my alley! Thank you for posting them.
