Two not very exciting views of Sleeping Beauty Castle in the late 1950s. First up is an east side view of the castle. The foreground horse hitch is nice and of course the dapper dressed guests.
The second image is a straight on view from Main Street. I wish I could walk up to that ice cream vendor and purchase a nice ice cream sandwich.

These are a couple of the few shots that have really seemed to go 'way back' in time. It's a combination of the fashions and the B&W. I'm having a hard time this is from the 'late 50s'...it so looks like the very early days of the park in 1955-56.
Agree completely with Anonymous. These are first or second year images of the park I'd guess. Heck, there's some of that white wire fencing that was only used at the beginning showing.
Love the Ice Cream wagon also. I bet the Ice Cream tasted just fine there. Perfect shots, and very 'way back'.
Thanks!
