Steel and More Steel- Construction of Space Mountian

I love these Space Mountain photos! I don't remember the actual Mission to Mars building being rebuilt. I can see the Space Mountain complex being attached to it though. Are you sure this isn't part of the "Space Place" restaurant under construction?
