Casey Junior in Storybook Land

An image I should have posted yesterday. A nice full view of the circus train with all the animals running through Storybook Land.

That is a "wow" photo - the color, the subject - love it!

This beautiful little ride would never figure in any modern version of a Disney Park.

No explosions, laser lights, gaping monsters or grasping hands.

Just a quiet moment with your kids in a diorama of past stories.

Classic Old Disney in the way the two rides share the same backdrops, intertwining and overlapping, just like tomorrowland.

Best feature here, IMHO is the miniature Swiss Alps behind Pinocchio's village which forces perspective to make the Matterhorn part of the backdrop. No question that the Matterhorn was meant to be part of Fantasyland when you see that effect. The village looks right at home in the mountains.
