Tomorrowland Circa 1988

Three neat photographs of Tomorrowland circa 1988. First up a nice dusk view of Tomorrowland as seen from the Peoplemover. I miss the elevated Rocket Jets and the kinetics of the ride with the Peoplemover circling the tower.

Next up a view of the entrance.

Another view from the Peoplemover showing the many layers of intertwined attractions.

When did they change the gantry lift from orange & white to black & white? Was it shortly after the PeopleMover repaint?

I can't open the last photo. I'd love to see a larger image of it.

Yes, the last photo wont open. I am not familiar with the park of this era, it was my 20 year hiatus.

Hope you can fix that pic, thank you.

I love these photos because they are from before the demise of my (then) favorite land. Sad looking back at these to see how darn bland t-land is now. Bring the wrecking ball and fix it. Please leave (no offense) Tony B out of this reboot.

Those are so nice; I was just given some photos from the mid-90's, and I'm surprised how great they look.

There's that striped Peoplemover again!
