Close View of the Rainbow Ridge Buildings

Here is a very close view of some of the Rainbow Ridge buildings. The blocks of color and composition remind me of some abstract art. I wonder what the photographer was focusing on. Sometimes the best shots happen when the photographer takes a photo he or she did not intend.

The blog may be sporadic in the upcoming week as I am off traveling again. So keep an eye out and I will try to update as I am able.

In a lot of photos that building to the left looks like an intense pink. I'm sure the old west was full of pink buildings!

Have fun on your travels, Matterhorn!

And how relaxing it was on a break or lunch at times (working Mine Train) to walk up into the background and enjoy the peaceful surroundings while looking down on it all. Lucky me to have such memories.
