Man Cub and Friends in Disneyland

A cool and rare shot of the Jungle Book set of characters entering Disneyland from the East side. The image was taken late 1960s when the Jungle Book was newly released. Mowgli, Baloo and King Louie march onto stage while observed by guests and a tour guide.

Let's take a closer look at the costumes, especially the body suit worn by Mowgli. It appears they are all singing and marching.

Here is the delighted expression by the tour guide.

And for all my fellow sign aficionado's, the sign for the Baby Station and Stroller Parking and in the background the First Aid sign.

Great photos (and close ups). Just out of curiosity... is that another one of those famous Disneyland lamp post silhouettes over the Baby Station?

Wait... there's more. Jungle Book came out after Walt's death. And there in the first photo is proof of the "railings" going up around the planters (to keep off the grass). Again, this is always a small be interesting thing to me that Walt didn't want railings or "keep off the grass" signs (something I have made mention of here before), but they started arriving after his death.
