Souvenir Friday- Great Day at the Thrift Store

Yesterday after work I stopped in a local thrift store to see what was for sale. And this little guy was sitting on top of a shelf. I love the box, especially the Sleeping Beauty Castle image on the side.

I have two other figures from this series in boxes. The other purchase I made was a Benihana Chef mug for my Benihana drink mug collection.

Unexpected thrift store finds are the best!!! I got a whole set of 1950's Elvis 45's a few weeks ago for $3!!!! Can I ask, what did this little guy cost you? Thanks for posting this.

Super cool! I didn't even know they ever made Small World figurines like this!

Hey I just noticed the 1964 date. Even though Sleeping Beauty Castle is depicted on the box, do you think these were sold at the Fair since the attraction didn't open at DL until 1966? Either way....SUPER COOL!

Shoot, 1964? This must be a World's Fair item! Very cool.

I believe the copyright is 1964 but they were sold in Disneyland. I have two dinosaurs for Primeval World in the same boxes.
