Instead of featuring photographic images of Disneyland today, I thought I would feature a nice set of small sketches of Disneyland. The sketches were purchased from the daughter of one of the main importers of souvenirs for Disneyland. I am not sure if larger paintings were executed of the sketches, or if they were actually used on merchandise. The sketches measure approximately 2 by 2 inches in size and are well done.
First off is Fantasyland featuring Sleepy Beauty Castle.

Next up is Adventureland featuring the Jungle River Cruise.

Main Street with the Horse Drawn Trolley.

Tomorrowland in all its futuristic glory.

Frontierland with a focus on the New Orleans elements.

NEATO!!!!!!
Tiny little posters! Very cool; the Tomorrowland example is my favorite. They almost look like matchbook art.
SO many questions come to mind about these mini paintings! What a cool find!
