Souvenir Friday- Pause Prints Third Quarter 1958 POP

A neat piece with some behind the scenes images of Pacific Ocean Park is this copy of the Los Angeles Coca Cola Bottlers employee magazine Pause Prints. The magazine is dated Third Quarter 1958 and features many scenes of Pacific Ocean Park and also the Sea Lounge and Neptune's kingdom. My favorite shots are of the Coca Cola employees delivering product to the various restaurants and food stands throughout POP.

A post from years ago is this sign from the attraction. I believe this was at the exit.

Nice post! This actually gets me excited for Chris Merritt's upcoming P.O.P. book. Thanks, Matterhorn.

It kills me that I never got to see POP in person.

Amazing post Patrick! I can't believe some of these images of the Coca-Cola Sea Lounge. I'm knocked out.

I feel fortunate to have visited the park a couple of times in 1962. Still have memories of that banana train ride. For a kid of 11, it was really cool.
