Views From a Treehouse

Two nice views taken from the Swiss Family Treehouse. First up is a lower view looking over Adventureland and Frontierland with the Matterhorn mountain in the background. Based upon the lighting, it appears the photographer climbed up the attraction early in the morning.

The next view is near the top of the tree with a nice view of the Jungle Cruise and the parking lot in the background.

Every once in a while there's a photo of Disneyland that just blows me away. The second image looking over the Jungle Cruise is like that. I don't think I've ever seen a view of the Jungle Cruise like this before. There's so much to explore and look at. AWESOME! I'd be curious to know what year this was taken.

Actually, with the lighting hitting that side of Matterhorn, and with the Treehouse west of the Matterhorn, that would be a late evening/just prior to sunset photo.

As a kid, I loved the perspective that one would have way up in the Treehouse. And that didn't fade away when a few years later later I was a CM who occasionally worked the attraction. The picture of the Parking Lot is exactly the way I remember it. Note it appears to be before the convention center. I don't see it. These are rare photos indeed! What a treat.
