A collection of images and other items from Disneyland, theme parks and other amusement parks. Also look for images and items I find interesting, amusing or both.
This set just keeps getting better and better. A treasure. Much happiness for this reader. Thank you so much.
Same here. Any date on those pics?? I looked as best I could...didn't recongnize anyone. I'd have been one of the "cooks" in the background of the first shot. Appears to be mid-60's
A short-order wheel. You don't see them any more.
Yep, the girls working the patio and sidewalk stations would come in to post them. The 2 inside stations could just reach in. Always a good reason to come up with a joke or two. That smile was genuine.
What Thufer said.(Sorry thufer, I don't mean to pick on you when posting, but most of the time, you and I are on exactly the same wavelength, and you post before i do.)Really like the Hills Bros. store.I think this location should still be a coffee bar, since now the first opportunity for a lift is half-way up the street at the Carnation shop. Except now it would probably be $BUX or god help us, Peets. Hills Bros is good coffee, just takes courage to make it strong enough.Thank you for this, Matterhorn.JG
