Souvenir Friday- Disneyland Marshall Head Shot
After finishing his job as Marshall Lucky at Disneyland, the actor Dwight (Doc) Wood featured the job on his head shot. Head shot's would be sent out to agents to obtain film roles. Although it states on the head shot that Dwight was a Television and Movie Stunt Man, there are no credits for him on IMDB. This is a great shot of Doc in his Marshall outfit.

It does seem a bit odd that his only claim to fame seems to be "Former Marshal of Disneyland". Still, a great photo!
I know "Wood" is not an uncommon name, but the first thing i found myself wondering was if he was any relation to Cornelius Vanderbilt ( C.V. ) Wood who was an early leader at Disneyland who tends not to be mentioned in histories of Disneyland written by the company because of the circumstances under which he left.
