Extinct Fantasyland

Three images of extinct items at Fantasyland. First up are two views of the always exciting Motorboat Cruise. The images snapped prior to opening with all the boats lined up.

The last image is of one of my favorite extinct shops, the Tinker Bell toy shop. This was a place to purchase some great toys such as Britains Knights and Matchbox cars. The sign is nice as well as the carving on the roof posts of Captain Hook and Mr. Smee.

It feels good to be back, I was on vacation and then back to a pile of things to do at work! Thanks for the comments about my absence.

It's surprising to me how relatively few pictures of the Motor Boat Cruise there are... these are nice!

I love Motor Boat Cruise pics. Never too many of them. A nice old-fashioned ride and a simple pleasure. I miss those kinds of attractions at Disneyland.

I knew someone who worked in the Tinker Bell Toy Shop and they said they could hear endless repetitions of the refrain coming from the start of the Peter Pan ride, i.e., "Okay everybody, let's goooooo!" "Okay everybody, let's goooo" etc.
