Having Fun at Santa's Village

Three views of a fun trip to Santa's Village. First up is an attraction that may not be that exciting and kinetic, but as a kid this was a fun attraction. A themed slide is always fun for the children and this one looks like the structure is almost ready to fall over.

Next up is a view of the Candy Kitchen with the clock reading about half past April. I love the pipework for the chimney and the lovely mushrooms.

Final image is of a very happy dad who has made it to the North Pole. He can note the time he made it with his fancy wristwatch.

I'm not sure I've ever seen that "crazy pipe" chimney before, I really ilke it!

Are these images exclusively from the Santa's Village in Skyforest, California?

I grew up on the Santa's Village in Scotts Valley, California and they look very similiar, but there are some differences. Of course there's Dundee Illinois too.

There was something special about those small scale family parks from the 50s and 60s.

I always found the Santa's Village in California so amusing...all of the fake snow and such. I have a handful of pictures of my dad here in the 50s and 60s.
