Advertising for North Pole and Santa's Village in Santa Cruz
Two placards used at a tourist agency to promote visits to the North Pole in Colorado and Santa's Village in Santa Cruz.
Thanks for posting the Scotts Valley Santa's Village placard. I've lived in Santa Cruz all my life and grew up on that Santas Village as a kid in the 60s. Lots of great memories. I remember alway seeing Frosty's Snowball Ride from the parking lot. Sadly gone now.
The holes are for tying them to the bumper of your car. I have similar signs from Trees of Mystery in Klamath, California, and I remember being there one summer when they had kids running around the parking lot with the signs and a handful of wire, offering to tie them to your car.

The pushpins are through holes that are originally part of the item...no signs were injured in placing them on the wall.
