World's Fair Wednesday- More Artist Views

Two more artist renderings of the 1933 Chicago World's Fair. First up is a view of the Sears, Roebuck Building. At this time, Sears was still the largest retail store in the United States and the World.

Next up is a night view of another large industrial company and their building. the General Motors building. This time it is night with the nice Aurora Borealis effect in the sky.

If only today's buildings had such style and color. Love the golds and red-oranges on the GM building.

Funny, this is the "Sears" of my childhood. I have to stop and remember that today's Sears is just Kmart.
