Things From the Gate- Disneyland '66

In order to promote the new Disneyland Attractions and Land, Disneyland published this fun little brochure.

It's A Small World was promoted with some nice interior images.

The new New Orlean's Square was also highlighted.

The dinosaurs for Primeval World were shown to excite interest in riding the Disneyland Santa Fe Railroad.

A nice little touch of art on the back page.

I remember when IASW opened vividly: We arrived at the park to find a brand-new and motionless facade, so it must have been just a few days before being opened to the public.

I remember feeling disappointment at the prospect that Disney was going to pull a "Haunted Mansion" on us again, but much to my everlasting delight, the ride was opened on our next visit.

Silversmiths???

The logo on the back is a nice touch and it sure looks more modern than 1966!

I've always wanted this one - thanks for the nice scans!
