Staying on the Rivers of America is this shot of a nearly empty Mark Twain being loaded. It appears that Tom Sawyer Island was closed with several items under tarps.
While on the Mark Twain, the photographer took an image of Cascade Peak.
The best slide is this one of the Disneyland band in their 25th Anniversary uniforms marching down Main Street. The simplicity of the 25th Anniversary Celebration is shown by the simple lamp post plaques. No silver painted atrocities like the Golden Dumbo, Casey Jr., Jungle Cruise Launch or bling added to the Mark Twain or Sleeping Beauty Castle as was done for the 50th.

I know what you mean about the plastic slide mounts... if I open a box and see a lot of those, I think, "Oh crap!". But these are nice. That last one of Main Street is really nice.
Neat set of photos, I really like the first one.
Ok, for us "non-slide" bloggers, what exactly are you talking about with the “plastic sleeved slides”? Are these “do it yourself” mounts? “Converted to regular film”, what were they using before? Inquiring (and clueless) minds want to know....
THANKS!
That upper waterfall looks pretty weak!
