Then off to a quick trip around the Rivers of America on the Mark Twain. First we see the hardy guests who have decided to work up to an appetite rowing the Indian War Canoes.
Also a shot of the scenic wonder of Cascade Mountain with the Three Sisters Falls.
Next a quick trip to the Matterhorn to compare the water falls.
Then a quick walk over to the Submarine Voyage lagoon and to see the wonder of transportation, the monorail.
All of this walking has made us hungry, lets go to the Chicken of the Sea Pirate Ship for lunch. What shall we have?

Nice! It seems that the posters out front disappeared for a while. Early photos show them (like the panorama postcard from 1956), and I have pictures from the mid-60's with posters.
Did you see the Space Station X-1 poster on ebay right now? Love that one!
Patrick - Great Skull Rock photo; have never seen that angle before. Thanks!
OMG! I am on a Chicken of the Sea/Captain Hook's Galley/Skull Rock fetish and I LOVE this shot - as commenter above said - I have never send the Rock from this angle! AWESOME! Not that I don't relish all the other pics and blogs you have goin' - I do love me some Pirate Ship ( and would love any inside / menu / food pics you have.....). Thanks, Thanks, so much, keep up the wonderful blogs, Barbara from Orange
I still have photos of my little brother and I at Disneyland in matching clothes, circa 1966, even with growing up in So Cal, (Bell Gardens), going to Disneyland was a BIG deal. I have wondered for a long time what ever attracted me to joining the Submarine Service, and seeing those pics, I think I have finally discovered why.
