1939 New York World's Fair At Night

Two small snapshots of the 1939 New York World's Fair. First is the reflecting pool with the statue of George Washington in front of the Trylon and Perisphere lit up with some great lighting. Of course these were the main symbols for the fair.

The second image is of the Lifesaver parachute drop at night with a couple of the parachutes being dropped with happy visitors riding.
