The second image is of the Enchanted Tiki Garden with a family waiting for the start of the Tiki Room show. In the background can be seen Negendei the Earth Balancer and the sign for Pele. The boy looks like he visited the Disneyland nurse station for a small injury on his knee.

Probably tripped on Tom Sawyer's Island.
Now that's Fantasyland!
I only went to the Disneyland first aid station once for a head gash from Fort Wilderness' too low passage. The swollen bump on my head was painful and became a headache for the rest of the day.
I can just see that kid running toward something, super excited, and not looking where he was going. The little girls are dressed the same, only with different colored sweaters - can't quite tell if they are twins or not.
