Luckily for us, Skipper Jeff is an experienced skipper and can get us through head hunter country, which by the way is a dangerous place to be headed. Check out the Hokey Pokey dance moves.
A collection of images and other items from Disneyland, theme parks and other amusement parks. Also look for images and items I find interesting, amusing or both.

Bummer. I can't open the first image. Me thinks the link is broken.
Jungle Cruise is my favorite Disneyland attraction. It may not have the wow factor or employ the technical sophistication of Pirates of the Caribbean, Haunted Mansion, or Space Mountain, but there's just something about it that I love. Perhaps it reflects a simpler time of Disneyland past.
I'm highly looking forward to the rest of this series. Thanks!
We rode the "Jingle Cruise" on Saturday. The people with us said they had an even better skipper than we did that day but it was interesting to see them do some holiday-themed variations. We also liked the modified poster on the entrance tunnel (Disneyana side).
They had a Golden Horsehoe event that tried to hearken back to the old (not fully successful but a really good try). I'd like to see a similar "Limited Time Magic" where the Jungle Cruise had elements of a traditional narration like you'd hear on a film from Disney's True Life Adventure, Mutual of Omaha Wild Kingdom, or National Geographic. It would be a bit of time travel. Look up the Thurl Ravenscroft narration of the Jungle Cruise to get an idea of what I mean.
