Look how short the photographer was (last picture)! Must have been a little kid (or a short woman?).
Major, my pet theory is the photographer was crouching to frame the shot.
I will say I am grateful that, whoever the photographer was, they caught the rarely seen but mandatory "turn signal hat" that Disney was making the grown-ups wear at this time. Safety first!
