Aboard the Raft to Tom Sawyer's Island

Three views of the family aboard one of the Tom Sawyer's Island rafts. In a couple of the images, you can see the rare bridge from Adventureland to Frontierland allowing water to flow from the Jungle Cruise to the Rivers of America.

Any idea when that bridge went away? I wonder if it was torn out (and the channel filled in) when the Plantation House was removed.

I don't think the channel was exactly filled in. It's my understanding that there is actually a buried culvert to equalize the water levels between Adventureland and Frontierland.

Anybody know for certain?

Yeah as far as I know the water system still flows between Adventureland and Frontierland, but I also think it extends up as far as where the Phantom Boats used to be up by the Matterhorn.

I can't get my bearings from the photo though, was this bridge right around where Pirates is or more down towards the Hungry Bear?
