The second image is Frank with a co-worker. Unfortunately not captioned. I do really like the shirt and sweater combination he is wearing in this picture.
Finally we have this non-smiling image of a Main Street employee standing at the News Stand. I do like her cat eye glasses.

I am really loving this album Matterhorn. What street are Ralph and the lady located? The Bell Telephone signs are awesome.
I got it! East Center St. Did Frank change his name to Ralph. :-)
Viewline, no he just looks like a Ralph. I have fixed it. And yes Mr. Major, that is a bow tie!
