Early view of the Tahitian Terrace restaurant. This shot is from a series of slides taken during a 1959 trip and shows the unique restuarant overlooking the Jungle Cruise. It shared kitchens and the roof line with the Plaza Pavilion and did serve polynesian fare. However, there was no floor show, dancers or musicians, just a place to get a meal. The roof piece is awful neat and adds a nice tropical theme. Kodachrome slide.
