SOP Saturday on a Sunday- Speaking On Stage

Since all Disneyland employees must communicate with a great variety of guests who may or may not understand, the Disney University came up with a training program to increase communication skills. Skillfully illustrated with Disney cartoon characters, the training helps employees communicate with the great variety of people. This was published in 1970.

  1. Oops, somehow I missed this post yesterday! Wonder what the "popular song" (mentioned on page 5) was that referred to "Dr. Seuss, Disneyland, and Mother Goose"? Obviously something from the late 60's or thereabouts.

    The song is Roger Miller's 'Little Green Apples'. Very popular at the time.
