Carnival Whip
A cute small version of a whip just the right size for kids to ride. The background is filled with color with the ticket booth in the center. Some nice people watching in the background, it looks like the Dad has a ticket book in his pocket.
This has a nice "you-are-there" feel to it. I vaguely remember a ride similar to this, the buckets looked like modified oil drums.
