The Flying Saucers Have Landed- Foster Family Trip 1964
One of the best images is this close view of the Flying Saucers attraction found in Tomorrowland. It appears everyone is able to pilot the saucers quite well. Note the wear to the floor of the attraction. I do like the simple exit signs.
I guess after the flying tires, this technology will be retired until anti-gravity is invented.
I only rode this one trip and it was a huge disappointment. I was too light to affect the saucer by myself, and Mom and I were too heavy together. Boo.
This was one of my favorite rides. The lines were long because of the limited capacity and it seemed it broke down during the day on every visit but darn if I'd leave the park without my Saucer adventure. Never left disappointed until one day it was gone. KS
The guy in the center is so sixties. Love it!
