Seattle World's Fair Eye of the Needle Restaurant

The top of the Seattle Space Needle was a restaurant called the the Eye of the Needle. Guests would dine on fine food and have a view of the World's Fair.

Here is a view that diners would see during lunch and dinner.

I was not able to blog the last couple of days as the newest member of the Stuff From the Park team was born on Friday. My little son Logan Masaru came into the world at 8:08 AM and weighed 5 pounds and measured 19.25 inches. Now to start him on collecting....

    I should have also mentioned - although many things have changed - many have stayed the same. Plenty of the sights spied in 1962 can still be seen today, virtually unchanged.
