Flying Saucers Part 1
A couple of nice views of the Flying Saucer. The two girls look like they are having fun...but may not be big enough to pilot the saucer.
While I haven't had the chance to try Luigi's Tires, I can tell you that I always looked forward to the Saucers on my visits to Disneyland. The lines were long and slow and the ride short, it seemed to break down each visit for an hour or two, but the good memories still last.
From what I've seen, Luigi's Flying Tires is a very different sort of ride; The vehicles are MUCH larger, very slow, and apparently hard to control (though that could be said for the saucers too I suppose). The concept art for Luigi's hinted at something considerably more fun than it turned out to be.
Extra nice photos today. The "Flying Saucers" vehicles definitely look much smaller than the "Luigi's Flying Tires" vehicles.
