The Indian Dance
This post is dedicated to Major Pepperidge because he has not seen enough Indian Dancers. However, first up is a rare image of the Indian Burial ground on Tom Sawyer's Island. I believe this burial tradition is based upon the upper plains Native Americans.
Next up are three shots of the Indian Dancers. The ring dance in the final image looks pretty spectacular.
Neat seeing the people with all their cameras, including the time traveler guy in pic 2 at the far left who is shooting digitally (note how he is holding the camera about a foot away from his face.)
