Beach Amusement Park 1950s Part 1

A quick series of posts showing some nice amusement park rides at a beachside amusement park. First up is a great circular car ride with some nice vehicles. I think I would be this kid and pick the ice cream truck, although it would be hard to resist one of the racing cars.

Another car ride, this time featuring Murray "sad face" Fire Engine pedal cars.

And a nice plane ride...I definitely would ride this.

    Hmmm, I say that these are from Santa Cruz, based on... nothing! I love the Good Humor truck, but as a kid I think I would have wanted a racier vehicle. Great pix!

    I think the planes are the best ride. Still, I'm sure they didn't go fast enough to swing out like I would like them too!
