First up is the dancing horses.
Next up are the daring flying folks on the trapeze.
I am sure this is a famous Lion Tamer.
What circus is not complete without clowns.
A collection of images and other items from Disneyland, theme parks and other amusement parks. Also look for images and items I find interesting, amusing or both.

ACK! Clowns freak me out! Other than that, I love these photos.
ReplyDeleteThese are fantastic! I have a few photos from this place, but they were taken from the "nosebleed" seats - yours are from right down in front.
ReplyDeleteLook at the size of that crowd!
I always love the Circus/Florida reference at the beginning of Dumbo when the aerial shot shows Casey Jr. leaving Florida.
ReplyDeleteClowns -- They're a French thing, right? Like Jerry Lewis?
ReplyDeleteLook at the expression on those kids faces. You don't see that look when Mickey Mouse visits at Disneyland (Gen 1 Mickey Excepted.)
Today's password was "pancus", obviously Latin for pancake.
Very nice Matterhorn. Not a fan of clowns, but great circus pics none-the-less. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteIs it just me or does an outdoor Circus seem odd? Of course seeing the Circus in the 1970's at the Fabulous Forum was a bit odd too...
ReplyDeleteI've seen worse clowns - but good gosh - who in the world would actually likes these creepy dudes.
Great post, but I gotta ask: "Do ya want it!"
