Souvenir Friday- Inside Disneyland November 1968
The Christmas issue of the Inside Disneyland magazine from November 1968. Lots of information about the Fantasy on Parade as well as some new costumes. Enjoy!
These "Inside Disneyland" magazines really are great! So much info. But why don't they mention that the five finalists for Disneyland Ambassador had to fight in an arena with clubs and axes, and the last one standing was the next ambassador?
Neato! Ton's of info, Progressland will have a field day with this! Interesting that the parade route changed this year, it used to go up to Indian Village (link), I wonder what prompted the change?
Just returned from my parents home and while cleaning out some old boxes of 'stuff', I stumbled across many of these issues circa 1969-1974 which I accumulated while working there. What a treasure to read. And yes, I KEPT them!
