Continuing with the same family as seen in yesterday's post, the boys (there are three who look like they are triplets) now walk over to the Frontier Shooting Gallery.
Just for a bonus, here are all three boys and their Granddad marvelling at the Oceanic Arts shields at the entrance to Adventureland.
Great Shot...oops, I mean Scott (wherever that phrase came from) - fantastic view of the Shooting Gallery, Patrick!
ReplyDeleteI gotta get me some of those plaid shorts!
ReplyDeleteFunny how some photographers have a knack for taking unusual shots - - like the shooting gallery!
Ya gotta like the old shooting gallery. That is until I worked it!
ReplyDeleteThis was all part of having a great time at DL. Love the shorts too!
ReplyDeleteAre we signing up for the plaid shorts? I want some, but do we have to wear dark socks & shoes with them? Oh, I want one of those hats too! Great post, Thanks!
ReplyDeleteNow that's something you NEVER see, a photo looking at the targets in the shooting gallery. I recall that the Adventureland gallery had a tiki theme. Am I right?
ReplyDeleteI used to work the shooting galleries...wore ear plugs for the noise, and safety glasses for the rickoshays!! Got soooo tired of how dirty my hands got and the occasional rickoshay that would bang me in the forehead...oh, and the occasional person who would point the rifle at me and ask, "Is this thing loaded??" Ah, yeahhhh!!!
ReplyDeleteI still remember the old Shooting Gallery when you actually shot lead pellets. What fun that was!
ReplyDeleteAnyone know when they were replaced by laser/light activated shot?
