Casey Junior in 1956

Four nice photographs of Casey Junior in 1956 when Storybook was being landscaped and created. It is amazing Disneyland kept Casey running with construction and landscaping going on. The last image shows the Dwarves mining tunnel being built and the canal dry.

    Wow, these are great! I also love the Casey Jr. ride, although I haven't been on it since I was a tadpole. Is the Dwarves mining tunnel still there? I don't remember it at all.

    The tunnel in the photo is now themed to Aladdin, however, it still opens out to the Dwarves' home on the right.
