For years, I thought I was o...You know, it's funny. For years, I thought I was one of the few who really remembered -- and now miss -- how much more colorful Disneyland used to be. Although the post-1983 Fantasyland is great, and even an improvement, there's something to be said for the original look and feel. I also miss the colors of both the Skyway and the PeopleMover. But it's the minutia that I love. Those checkered shades are visible in a lot of early images, even around the pool at the hotel.
